RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q6: What's your return policy?

A: Original artworks are final sale,
but we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We offer a15-day return policy from the date you receive your artwork.

To Be Eligible for Return:

Your artwork must meet ALL of the following conditions:

✓ In the same condition as received

✓ In original packaging (if applicable)

✓ You have your receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Original artwork (paintings, drawings, mixed media pieces) cannot be returned if they show any signs of handling, display, or alteration.

If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged:

Step 1: Inspect Immediately

•Open your package carefully

•Inspect the artwork immediately upon arrival

•Do not discard packaging

Step 2: Contact Us Within 48 Hours

•Email us at contact@soniaenache.art

Include:

•Clear photos of the damage

•Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

•Your order number

•Brief description of the damage

Step 3: We'll Make It Right. We will either:

•Replace the artwork at no cost (including free return shipping and new delivery),

OR

•Provide a full refund(including your original shipping cost).

Important: Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to work with the courier and insurance company if necessary.

Each piece is signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Q10: Do I get a Certificate of Authenticity?

A: Every original artwork comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity
that includes the artwork title, date, materials, dimensions, and artist signature.

DISPLAY & CARE

Q11: How should I display my artwork?

A: Recommendations depend on the medium:
- Canvas paintings: Hang on wall, away from direct sunlight
- Paper artworks: Frame under glass, away from moisture
- All pieces: Avoid direct sunlight to preserve colors

Q12: How do I care for my artwork?

A: Simple care instructions:
- Dust gently with soft, dry cloth
- Avoid direct sunlight (causes fading)
- Keep away from moisture and humidity
- Don't touch the surface directly

Canvas and paper pieces should be framed for protection.

Q13: Can I frame the artwork myself?

A: Absolutely! Paper artworks should be framed under glass.
Canvas paintings can be hung as-is or framed depending on your preference.
Professional framing is recommended for valuable pieces.
